Scubagirl, all products are custom-made with care. Because each item is personalized, our return policy is limited to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

Custom Orders

All items are made-to-order.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for customer errors, change of mind, or design dissatisfaction.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only if:
The product is defective (manufacturing flaw).
There is a misprint or production error (our mistake).

Not eligible:
Customer-submitted design errors
Change of mind or style preference
Misuse or damage by customer
Used/altered products

Return Window

Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order.
Claims after this period cannot be accepted.

Photos of the defect/misprint
Description of issue
Wait for approval before shipping anything back.

We provide prepaid labels for approved returns.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
